A tech will hookup the system to one of our consoles and diagnose any problems and offer a solution and resolution timetable.

This is basic maintenance which includes; removal of unused software and bloatware, installation and update of Antivirus, installation of System updates, disk defragmentation, clean up of Temporary Files, Hardware/Driver updates and check.

A Low Level Scan and Full System Scan is performed to identify and remove all infections. Damaged system files are repaired if possible to restore the system functionality. A Computer System Restore may be necessary if the virus damages the Operating System (OS).

This is restoring the system to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) status. The computer will be in the exact state it was when it was brand new. Customer is responsible for providing Restore/Resource Media otherwise charged for OEM replacement disks at OEM price.

This includes upgrading: RAM, Hard Drives, Floppy Drives, CD/DVD Drives, Video Cards, Sound Cards, and Expansion Cards. Does not include cost of parts.(Motherboards not included)

This is backing up and restoring the system data using all attempts to preserve user data including Documents, Pictures, Videos, Music, and Databases.

This service includes physically setting up the computer and any directly attached peripherals, connecting to existing Network/Internet, configuring existing email account. Includes 5GB of data transfer from old computer. Software Installation service extra.

This service includes installing any applications brought to us for install on system. This can be added to Computer System Restore services AND System upgrade services. Software must be compatible with Operating System supplied or installed on customer system.

This service includes installing system compatible: printers, scanners, faxes, Cell Phones/PDAs, Digital Cameras, or any other USB or externally connected device. Additionally includes setup of Multimedia devices such as Video Game Consoles, Media Centers, Apple TV, Roku, etc.

This includes sett up and configuration of Modem and Router for Internet access, Wireless devices, and networking of files and printers. Customer (or ISP) will provide equipment otherwise available at retail costs.

This service includes running wires, installing necessary patch panels and network drops.
